When migrating your clients to CloudSentric's Hosted Exchange, choose to migrate part or all of the data from their existing email environment.
When migrating to Hosted Exchange using Outlook, your clients can access their emails within their existing PST files. This allow them to run their current environment in parallel with the new Hosted Exchange mailbox. By simply selecting a group of emails from the existing their mailbox, then dragging them into the new Hosted Exchange mailbox, the emails will automatically copy from the existing environment to CloudSentric's's Hosted Exchange service.
If you're migrating from an existing Exchange Server, you can export the messages from the existing Exchange environment in the same manner, by simply dragging and dropping the emails into the new mailbox. Alternatively, you can export all the email to a PST file by using the Outlook export wizard.
After the export has completed, you can then run the Outlook import wizard, choose the new Exchange mailbox to import the email to, then let the process run through.
